The JTC LaunchPad @ one-north is a 6.5-hectare site that offers a conducive environment and nurturing ecosystem for startups. Located at the heart of one-north, it provides startups with close proximity to multi-disciplinary R&D environment which includes knowledge-based companies, institutes of higher learning and research institutes that are at the forefront of innovation.

The project called for building inspections to be conducted using drones and AI to detect and identify the exact locations of façade anomalies.
